This Training gives you an overview of color management in packaging printing. Subjects such as “What is color?”, “How can we objectively assess color?” and “How can we communicate color?” are in focus.
It also shows the options and limitations of color management in the prepress process.
With this knowledge, you will then understand technical terms and processes and be able to assess the possible effects on your daily work much better.
Note: For this training, all registered participants will receive a special package with print samples and technical equipment from us in advance, that can be used for visualization and interaction during the training.*

Martinus Nelissen | Consulting Colour Management / Proofing at FLEXICON
With an apprenticeship as a colour lithographer and subsequent work as a scan operator, he got his start in the graphic arts industry. After studying to become a printing engineer, he set up the Digital Proofing / Colour Management department at FLEXICON from 2004 onwards. Since 2018, his main responsibility has been technical consulting, both internally and externally with customers and printers. He also provides support throughout Europe for print approvals in all processes.
